Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have started getting a cartridge problem error message.

I replaced both cartridges (which were getting low) but the problem persists with the new cartridges

I have tried powering off and restarting as instructed in previous posts but no change in the error message.

Any suggestions?

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
