I have just had to insert my first delivery of instant ink cartridges after the demo ones ran out.
I am getting an error message, "Cartridge Problem", about the tri-colour cartridge stating "Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed."
I have removed and reinstalled the tri-colour several times, but still have the error. I have also tried turning off power and disconnecting power cable for 60 seconds, and also cleaning the cartridge with a clean lint free cloth. Neither of these have had any effect, I still get the error.
