I am unable to print in colour from my laptop (wireless) and phone (via the app).  

 

Software troubleshooting: I have deleted and re-installed the printer, I have updated driver and firmware.  I select 'colour' each time I print but nothing seems to work.  I used to be able to print photos and in colour and now I couldn't.  I've checked all the solutions and nothing has worked so far.

 

Hardware troubleshooting: I have removed and returned the cartridges, done test prints- all result in black and white printing only.  Have cleaned and aligned to no avail.  Print quality diagnostics  come out in black and white despite having enough ink supply.

I'm afraid this seems like an issue with the Color ink cartridge or the printhead of the printer. If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document and the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options:

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
