HP Envy won't print in colour

Envy 4500
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Envy 4500.  I have just installed new ink cartridges and it will not print in colour.  Not the set up/registration page, not cleaning printheads, nothing.  The black cartridge works fine but not the colour.  I have removed the colour cartridge and checked the bottom and there is evidence that ink is reaching the surface or printhead, but not reaching the paper.  I have done a hard reset, powered down, tried cleaning the printheads, everything I can think of but with no success.  Any suggestions?

Are you able to copy in color?

 

Let me know if the print quality report shows any color: 

 

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report, and then evaluate the results.

  1. On the printer control panel, press the Down Arrow  to scroll to Tools, and then press OK.

  2. Press the Down Arrow  to scroll to Print Quality Report, and then press OK. The printer prints the test page.
