I am not even sure you can do that.

 

One rebate was offered in 2009 (revised in 2012) and the other is dated 2008.

 

 

For those reading,

The member is referring to an old rebate offer mentioned in this old document:

HP Fax Safety Recall

 

I will ask that someone take a look.
