black printhead registered failure, so i went and bought new set of printheads for both the tricolor and the black, after following the instructions on how to replace the printheads, it still shows printhead failure even with the new printhead. followed the reset printer and removed power plug etc, still didn't make any difference

If the issue persists, I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.

printhead alert light is blinking and the status on my desktop tells me to replace the printhead, even after congratulating me with buying new original printhead, the problem still persist
