HP GT5810 new printhead still shows failure

HP GT5810
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

black printhead registered failure, so i went and bought new set of printheads for both the tricolor and the black, after following the instructions on how to replace the printheads, it still shows printhead failure even with the new printhead. followed the reset printer and removed power plug etc, still didn't make any difference

Any lights blinking? If yes, you could follow this document: https://support.hp.com/ph-en/product/hp-deskjet-gt-5810-all-in-one-printer-series/7840162/document/c...

If the issue persists, I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
