My printer doesn't take paper from the tray and print. it gives an error message that printer is out of paper when still the paper is loaded.

Hi @Satinu

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

I understand the printer is not pulling in the paper. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.

 

Also, make sure the papers are correctly loaded in the input tray. Refer to this document to know how to load papers.
