Product: HP envy 6032
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Yesterday I bought the envy 6032 printer which comes with 5 months instaink.

 

 I enrolled the printer on instaink with the 100 page option (£3.49)


The Trial however is not showing on my account

 

Is there something else I have to do?

Do you have a sticker on the printer or the printer box where it says about the 5 free months of ink?

Kindly send a picture of the same in your next post to assist you better with the details that are asked in a private message. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
