I have not received my new Black Ink (k) (which is empty) despite two chat and phone calls. HP has opened cases (latest). Now HP is going to close it despite, No black ink - Now my printer is down until I receive my ink.
HP says I have black ink (readings from their side) shows it full. Every way I check my ink levels it shows --- empty black ink.
So, I will have to buy of from Office Depot.
My advise, ............ Do not enroll in the HP instant ink programs.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
