Hello!

 

I have tried connecting my laptop to the WiFi of the printer, but my PC still detects the printer as offline. I tried HP Smart App on the iPhone. I can print just fine but it prints pictures with just one color. The color levels are full and a test page shows all colors are working normally. I have googled how to solve my problem, and I can’t find any solution.  When I still had warranty the customer service representative said there won’t be anymore problems, but now there is. Thank you for your time!

To better assist you - 

 

  •  What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  •  I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
  • Is the printer connected to the public network or home network?
  • What is the operating system on your computer?
  • Does the printer quality issue occur with a copy as well?
