HP OFFICEJET 5255

I purchased this printer in December last year!  All it has done is given me issues!  It does not want to print or scan!  I have to continue to either plug and unplug it or restart it!  I purchased this printer because it was an hp printer; however, I am extremely disappointed!  Someone tried to reach out to me, but then referred me to call another #, and I do not have that kind of time at work, which is where my printer is!  Now I have to purchase a better printer, wasted my money on this one; and can  not even do anything about it!  My new printer will definitely not be HP.  They have lost their credibility with me unfortunately!  I am complaining, but I know nothing will be done!  If I could give it a bad review, I would, to let everyone know about this printer!

@dissappointed75, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
