HP OFFICEJET PRO 8500A won't print

HP OFFICEJET PRO 8500A
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I've installed all new ink cartridges. Unit tells me to change magenta. Will not allow me to print.

If you insert your old magenta ink cartridge, do you still get the error message?
