I went to print this morning and i received a message. "There is a problem with the printer or ink system, turn off, turn on, if problem persists call hp.  there is no customer service phone number to call.  the other message says: Missing or failed print head, the print head appears to be missing or incorrectly installed"   

any suggestions or a phone number to talk to a real person in customer service.

fyi, warranty was up on august 2018

Please follow the instructions in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778 and this should help you with the Printhead errors

 

Keep me posted how it goes
