HP OJ 5746 will not print test page using HP Print & Scan Doctor 5.3

HP OJ 5746 printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP OJ 5746 stopped printing using instant ink because it could not connect to the HP site.  I just installed new ink cartridges.  I tried running HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.3 and it would not print a test page and it stops working, have to use task manager to shut it down.  Then I shut down computers, and printers,  Unplugged modem, unplugged router.  Plugged in modem, and router and restarted computers and printers.  Tried printing my Excel spreadsheet and it still will not print.  Any suggestions?

Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
