Hi 

 

Having issue of Carriage jam/paper jam and the control panel is showing Initializing 0%… happen during out of box setup/installation.

 

Please help.

Hi there

 

Kindly proceed these steps:

  1. Clear any jammed paper from the printer

 

NOTE:

You might need a flashlight to complete some of these steps.

  1. Check for any paper inside the input tray

                      Capture2.PNG

  1. Check for any paper inside from the back of the printer

                Capture3.PNG

 

  1. Reset the printer
    1. Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
    2. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
    3. Press the Power button to turn on the printer if the printer does not turn on.
