Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Office Jet Pro 6960 will not print yellow or magenta.  I have cleared print heads, I have run all diagnostics, I have run HP print and scan doctor.  No error messages, no problems identified - but still no yellow or magenta on any prints.

Is my printer broken?  On the black and cyan cartridges printing is perfect, monochrome is sharp no missing area etc.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
