HP Office jet 6960 purchased June 2018 has stopped using Black and magenta and yellow ink.
Printer cartridges are all showing 3/4 full but has stopped using the black, magenta and as of now yellow. Run a small business and need this sorted pronto, have followed all advice from HP virtual agent and wasted about 40 pages running cleaning processes and still no improvement. Does it just mean that this printer has reached it's life span
