HP Officejet 8610
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I have has my HP Officejet printer for about 5 years and had no problems with it whatsoever - yesterday I switched it on and it came on no problem but got stuck on the HP logo screen and wont move on - I've tried the unplug & leave for 10 minutes  reset - but no good it just gets stuck at the same place. If I try to switch off using the on/off switch nothing happens, if I open the front the ink cartridges don't move and my computer is saying that the printer is offline, so I cant update the firmware - anybody with any ideas would be most welcome. thanks
