HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer Ink problem

HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer
macOS 10.15 Catalina

The printer had poor print quality and all ink levels showed low so I replaced all cartridges.  Ink levels still showed low on new cartridges and print quality was poor.  I aligned, did 3 level cleaning.  Print quality worse and all colors register empty, black is still full.  What do I do now?

Please try these steps - Print Quality Issue

 

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

 

If you have already tried the above steps, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this.
