HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One

My HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One printer shows a printhead error all of a sudden.  We have cleaned the vents and the contacts and done a reset the way I saw online.   Still having a printhead error.

anymore solutions?

This looks like a hardware issue. If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Error Indicates Faulty Printhead and the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
