Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printhead Error 0xc19a0002.

Tried indicated fixes and reset with no resolution.

Product is under warranty.

HP Support is a joke. Give me a real person to talk to.
