My printer is not printing black ink. We turned it on and off, we reseted it, we unplugged it from the wall, we cleaned print head, we aligned printhead, we checked the ink cartridge for clogging, etc. Everything is fine. It still won't print.

I see that the printer does not print black, this could be an issue with the ink cartridge or the printer ink system.
If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
