I have a new HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer and I cannot print documents stored on a USB drive using the walk-up USB port.  The port only recognizes photo files and not pdf files.  My older printer was an OfficeJet Pro 8740 and I could print documents form the walk-up USB port.

Hi,

The printer only supports printing photos from a USB drive, document printing from such is only supported on printers who use the Postscript print language, not such printers who use the PCL 3 printing language.
