Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all,

I'm really frustrated. My new HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 just arrived, and I can't get the thing to work. I unboxed it, followed the quick start instructions to the tee, and was left with an error message stating:

Printhead Problem

There is a problem with the printhead.

Event Code: 62.80.15

I've tried reinstalling the ink cartridges and that didn't do anything. I don't know much about printheads, and can't find much info on HP's troubleshooting site. If any of you have the knowledge, I would be most appreciative and in your debt!

Thank you,

Bruce

I have the same issue Bruce - there was a recent printer update and seems to be since then.
