I got an HP 9015 printer that did not come with the SETUP cartridges from a friend.

I bought some new cartridges but the printer still prompts me to use SETUP cartridges.

Can someone help?

I have sent you a private message with the steps to bypass the setup ink message which is specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

I have the same issue, how can I solve this problem?

I bought a floor model printer that did not come with set up cartridges can i get passed this.
