HP OfficeJet Pro 9023 ► bottom of pages are cut off when printing

HP OfficeJet Pro 9023
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

All correct : tray, paper, etc ..

No error messages, recent changes, or anything. 

Randomly (~20-30%) cuts off bottom of pages (2-4 cm) when printing or copying, receiving faxes ..

♦ Internal printing (network status/fax report for example) - cuts off too.  

 

Problem started for a last 30-60 days (last update?)

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Resetting the printer to its factory settings may help.

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
