HP OfficePro 6968 wont print barcode on mailing label. Have an Amazon return, can't print barcode.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
Are you able to print other files like PDF, Word or Webpages fine?
Try using Google Chrome to print the bar code.
If the issue persists, run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue
Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
