If you have tried all the troubleshooting steps mentioned and the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue with the ink cartridge:

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

Update for everyone on this,  I did call support and they were able to solve the problem.  There is a secret menu that allows you to do a master reset on the device.  That solved my problem.  I'm sorry, I don't recall exactly how I got to the secret menu but if you can find that info it solved the problem for me.

I did all of the above and my BLACK INK WILL NOT PRINT. UGH
