HP Officejet 6700
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Officejet 6700 do not work after new original cartridge installation (cyan). I have already done all actions for disconnecting printer and cleaning  cartridge chip. Printer communicates normally in all cases but not after inserting the fresh new original cyan cartridge (933XL). I have tried two (!) new cyan cartridges. When I've replaced the yellow cartridge printer received it successfully (as always). The only message is "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists contact HP." I already have reinstalled software and tried HP Print and Scan Doctor. Please, help me.

Hello,

I see that you have tried all the possible steps to fix the issue.

It seems to be an issue with the printhead which is a fixed part in this printer, hence the printer need to be serviced/replaced.

However, i'd suggest you to try few steps which i'd would be sending to your INBOX ( click the envelope icon on top right of this window ).
