Welcome to the HP Support Forums! I understand you are getting the error code '0x07a74dd6' on the front panel of your HP Officejet 7310. You have gone through the troubleshooting steps but still have the error message.

Were you able to follow my Solution in this thread to try and get rid of the error message you are receiving on your HP Officejet 7310? The error message could refer to anything from the product needing a basic reset to reinstalling the printhead or cartridges, as stated in the troubleshooting document:
"There are many variations of these alphanumeric codes. Some begin with '0x...' while others begin with a 'B' or 'C.' Your exact error might not be in the example list, but you should continue with the troubleshooting outlined in this document."
