Every time I print anything in color, I have horizontal white lines through the printing. I have gone through all of the printhead alignments and cleaning the printheads several times. I have hp cartridges installed, but I have used remanufactured cartridges in the past. The printer is a couple of years old and out of warranty. All of the printing in black ink is fine. Only the color has a problem. Does anyone know how to fix this?  I also have a Officejet 8610 that is having the same problems.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to help you with the print quality issue.

 

Please try these steps - Fixing Poor Print Quality

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
