HP Officejet PRO 6960

I am an Instant Ink customer and I have recently installed the new set of cartridges recived from HP. The cartridges status is almost full, but the printer prints as if the cartridges are near to be empty.

I would recommend you to follow the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues to improve the print quality. Also, update the printer firmware. Go to Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware for help.
