I have looked and tried all things listed in this community about administrator lock. My printer will not let me change settings saying it was locked by administrator or the person who set up the printer. That is all me and only me. I have seen on the other posts that people got a private message with the help. Can I please get help? I unplugged, restated router, took out ink cartridges, uninstalled and reinstalled software. Like I said did everything I could from here.
Thank you in advance
