The printer has settings for 'heavy paper' but even then, the cardstock (Avery with 4 postcards per page, not particularly heavy and it USED TO WORK FINE in this printer!) will not process through. it says to clear the paper jam, then feeds the sheet through without printing.
For my business I need to be able to print various things -- this is one! It used to work on this printer but now it will not.

If you are sure the settings are correct,
If it used to work,
If it does not work,
If you are seeing a Jam message,
then - perhaps:
Printer may be dirty,
Printer rollers may be worn,
Printer may benefit from a power reset.
