My HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer - N911a has a malfunctioning LCD screen. I went to use the printer and I couldn’t read the options on the screen as it seems like they’ve half disappeared. I read another forum that suggest I unplug from the wall for 60 seconds. I tried that will no success. I also powered off and back on and that also didn’t work.
I’ve been unable to find a support phone number for HP. Can someone help?
