My HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus has the printhead error. I cleaned, removed, replaced the ink cartridges but the error remained. I wanted to upgrade the software but the message will not disappear. There is an 'X' box on the message but it doesn't seem to work. Suggestions?

4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Click on "Show Options".
Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
