Product: Officejet Pro 8600 Plus

I received the error message that there is a problem with the printer or the ink.  I have gone through the complete list of troubleshooting and I am still unable to print.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this message cleared and back to printing? I have full ink cartridges so that is not the problem. 

HELP.

I changed my printhead assembly & it resolved y issue

Where did you find the replacement part? HP doesn't carry it.
