I've been continually having issues when trying to print to my HP Officejet Pro 8600. For example, when I'm trying to print a word document, it says the printer is off line. I've checked the printer by clicking on the "See what's Printing section and then selecting Printer. When I view that screen, the printer off line is unchecked. Also, the printer screen is showing that the printer is on line as well. I have a wireless connection and I'm running Windows 8.1. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
