Hi,

Thank You for Contacting HP.

Would like to understand how the printer is connected, Is it via a Cable USB or connected on a Network?

Is the Printer connected to Web Services / E Print?

Check the printer as a Stand Alone. Remove all cables except the Power Cable. Leave the printer powered on.

Disable Network on the printer. (On the Home Screen, Go to Set Up > Network Set Up > Wireless Set Up > Wireless > Select Off.

Power off and Power On the Printer to see how it works.

If the Random prints are not there then Re Enable the Network Connection, keep the Web Services Off and see if the issue remains.

If the Issue resolves with the Web Services off then please contact your ISP and get the port 9100 disabled on the Router.

If the issue remains with Web Services off then it is a software issue, uninstall the complete printer software.

Go to Control Panel > Printers > Select the printer > Select Printer Server Properties at the top > On the Pop Up Screen, GO to the Drivers tab, Select each driver of this printer and delete.

Restart the computer,

Re-Install the software and check.
