I've spent the last 1.5 hours following every thread in this forum to perform a hard reset on my printer, reset to network default, unplug for 2-3 minutes and then hold power button for 30 seconds, and nothing is working. I still receive the same "Improper Shutdown" message followed by a Carriage Jam. I've tried everything, including watching an exceedingly boring 18 minute video on HP's site. Is there another way to perform a hard reset? The printer carriage is stuck on the right side of the printer and can't be accessed. I'm out of options.

Thank you
