Message: Use new cartridges for startup / New unused cartridges must be used for startup
Hi, we have the same problem as reported here - https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Software-and-Drivers/Printer-says-it-needs-new-unused-cartridg...
We can't get rid of the message and have followed all steps.
Two different sets of HP cartridges have been tried and only official HP ones have ever been used. We can no longer print anything.
Can anyone help, thanks.

We could try making some changes in the Printer's Support Menu
Please check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.
Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope
