I am about to just replace this printer entirely. When I try and print on light cardstock photo-quality paper, this printer just jams up and will not feed the paper. I have gone through at least half a dozen sheets and it does this all the time. The paper specs are:
Office Depot professional photo paper, matte
61 lb / 11 mil
8.5 x 11
The printer is on the latest firmware (WBP2CN1919BR)
if there was a way to directly feed from the back, that would probably be ideal, but it doesn't look like that is possible.

@cptgunther, Welcome to HP Support Community!
This could be an issue with the feed rollers on the printer. If you have already performed the steps from the document Paper Jam Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
Hope this helps!
