Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Apprx 3 months ago the black stopped printing. The cartridge (907XL) was 1/2 full.

Fitted a new cartridge (903XL) this stopped printing last week. It is 1/2 full.

 

Fitted a new 907XL today- NO black printing.  I did a factory reset but this has not helped.

 

Please give some idea as to the problem. It appears to be widespread.

If you have already performed the steps from the document  Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

I tried to load all the start up info and failed.  So I have junked the heap of rubbish and bought a Canon
