The printer seems to be working perfectly, but after the printer goes through the printing phase the paper comes out of the machine blank. It sounds like the printer is printing, but nothing on the paper

Do you experience the same issue when making photocopies?
Do you have adequate amount of ink left in all the cartridges?
Please print a Quality Diagnostic Report and let me know if that prints
Make sure to load the input tray with plain, white paper.
On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.
Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.
A Print Quality Diagnostic report prints.
Keep the Print Quality Diagnostic report for easy reference later in this document.

Ran all diagnostic tests, including clean print cartridges & deep clean cartridges twice, all test pages ejected were blank.
Black ink cartridge is half full, color cartridge low, but I click "Start Black" before printing cycle. If I remove color cartridge, will system print black?
