Hi, I have a HP HP PHOTOSMART All in one C4440 (Device product number: Q8388B)

 

I am aware this priniter is over 10 years old but I have never had any problems and have been using it all this time. I have gone to print documents today and no ink is coming out and priniting a blank page. So i changed the ink cartridge and it wont even print the test page. It just prints a blank page.

I have used the clean printerhead utility but still nothing.

 

It has only managed to print a very very fine grey looking broken worded document, nothing near what it should be.

 

Can anyone help as i really dont want to get a new printer as its been working fine up until now!

I understand that your printer no longer prints. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.

 

If you have already performed the steps from the document  Missing Colors in Printout and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
