I own a 2 years old PageWide MFP 377dw no more in warranty. I exchanged a depleted 913a setup black cartridge with original one, which is not cheap, after that the printer stopped to print black. I performed cleaning level 1, 2, tap 21 and 23 and manual head cleaning, but there's no way to make it print. The cartridge is exchanged again with another new and original one with no success.  Now it is clear that this printing head must be dismantled and cleaned which is insane for a machine like that. This is the proof that inkjet and PageWide technology is profitable only for HP. I'm forced to trash that crap and buy a REAL laser printer, definitely not HP!
