I have a
HP PageWide MFP P57750
that is in another location. When the users try to scan it returns an error of cancel the scan and will not scan. In the web interface I can run a test and it comes back that everything is okay.
Any ideas on what is causing this error?
resolved--found the enable ssl encrypt and checked it off-rebooted printer.
