Tray 2 periodically says too much paper and the mechanism that lifts the paper won't lift.  If I pull out the tray and then reinsert NUMEROUS times it seems to work.  I should have returned it right away but it would usually fix itself.  Now it's out of warranty and has not fixed itself since yesterday.  I did do a little diagnostic on my own and I can force the tray to come up but when it goes all the way back in there is a mechanism that drops it and I'm guessing is supposed to grab it and lift it again but I think that is what is failing.  Do you think buying a replacement tray would help?
