HP Photosmart 7520

Everytime I open my printer it just says "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on, if problem persists, contact HP" and I keep checking the ink and nothing seems to be wrong with it.

I have the same problem. I've replaced the ink cartridges, cleared their vents, replaced the print head and did the hard reset process.  When I do the hard reset, it turns back on, begins an alignment and then stops saying I have a printer or ink problem, turn off and back on then contact HP.    This came out of no where.  Was printing fine.  Did another print a couple of hours later, and then it started failing where I started this process.

Thanks.  I have tried that process about 6 or 7 times with no luck.  Are there any other options?

We'll have to perform a reset on the Printer for this. I have sent you a private message, for more details that cannot be shared in a public post.
