HP Photosmart 7525 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Photosmart 7525 e-All-in-One Printer (part of the HP Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One Printer series). Recently the LCD stopped being responsive. I've tried a hard reset and checked that the firmware is up to date. At first, the printer still connected to my wifi network while it had this problem, but now it is not connecting to wifi either. I can still print via a USB cable, but without the LCD menu, I can't scan or check the settings.  Anyone have any advice?
